    Dirt logic can get it registered for you with plates and clean title from another state and at that point you can sell it. Service is anywhere from 600 to 900 but it would be the easiest and fastest way for you to get it fixed and you will get more out of it than the way it sits now with felt...

    File for a duplicate title in the state that issued it… tell them you lost it and they will send you a brand new shiny one. Might need seller to request it if it’s not in your name. I would keep the back story to yourself and tell them you lost it. No state has the right to do what they did
