    Take a 1" open end wrench, you will find some flats directly behind the crank pulley, see if you can turn the engine (clockwise)

    I think it would be next to impossible to keep that screw from leaking, was definitely an unwise move. The early TCM should serve you well.

    The TCM-2100AB Etc. is a TCM built by PCS, it does not require a eprom but is rather expensive. You can use a reman TCM 609 but will also need to purchase an eprom Here is one source for the TCM609...
