The one on the PCU is the one that tells the ECU when the desired pressures are reached. There is also a pressure switch that allows the CTIS system to actually function once there is at least 90 psi in the wet air tank.
The pressure switch is the one in your attached image that is on the branch that the PPV is on. It's also the only one with wires going to it in the fore front of the image you posted.
The quick release valves are found just behind the front grill by the hinge point on the drivers side for the front and near each of the rear axles. Just follow the air lines to them from the axles. The boot mentioned is covering the exhaust port on the quick release valves. If you pinch them...
