. I made a point of being SURE that there was no HOA when I bought my house. Not that I mind people wanting to band together - but I figure I bought it - and it is my patch of dirt. Never have been able to understand that... Something as simple as minding your own business should be pretty easy. Code Enforcement though - they think they are special.
