    The data plate on the OP's truck was installed when the trucks went back to Sealy for reset some time in the late 2000's.

    Looks OK for the most part, only red flag I see is the dash is pulled, might be the start of some troubleshooting, or, if you are lucky, some cannibalization. Check your driveshaft phasing.
