    I feel your pain on the rivets and sliding the crossmember, that was the absolute worst part of my 925a2 bobber build last winteraua. I took the trunnion crossmember completely out of the frame, cut it down and rebuilt it to the size of a standard crossmember and reinstalled it to free up space...
