    Deuce Crew Cab and stuff...

    How about this. Chop down an S250 or S318 shelter into a sleeper. You could probably bolt it right into the cargo bed. Install one of the deuce butchers fiberglass hardtops and you could make a crawlthrough about any size. Other than that, you could buy a commercial 48" bunk. Probably not too...
