Can someone share with me what the accomodations would be? Individual campgrounds? Pasture? Field? Wooded area? What about capacity? I don't want to go back to Mike without knowing what is there.

OK, let me ask you all this. Anyone want to go by there and see what kind of accomodations they can arrange for us? Large field or some area where the masses can assemble? Lets hash this out a bit more.

I would not expect a change of venue on this event. The logistics of moving all of the stuff we have at the current site creates a logistical/ time challenge. Maybe a day trip to richloam for some trail riding. Would be a chance for a nice convoy and trail ride. To be quite honest, I've yet to...
