A very gentleman like trooper approached us at a rest area and provided the information. He used his discretion and when we pulled away, we were much smarter.
I'm home! Phil's truck and trailer are secured at my AO. He is awaiting the arrival of his wife for the last leg of his journey. He lives an hour from me but works up my way so we'll figure out how to get his stuff to his house later in the week. We had a pretty uneventful trip back. Was able to...
Headed out now to go get Phil. His trailer with the genset has a lunette so if anyone has the capacity of meeting us, let me know. Ultimatley I'd like to bring everything back at once so we're going to try that. Probably a 6 hr hike for me one way so if anyone has info, please TXT me as I can...

Hmmm, might be salvageable after all! Good luck Phil. You have injectors in that canned motor!!!!! Hope this works out to be an easy fix, even if it just limps home.
With the way the crankshafts are prone to crack, I'd be willing to wager that it is also a possibility. Either way sounds like a swap is in order. Mike (scsg-g4) is close by and might have some resources and if all else fails and you guys can get it to Poppops farm, I'd bet my life that...
Ferro has really stepped up on recoveries lately. I think next year at the GA rally we should all chip in and cover his meal costs. John, your down in my neck of the woods eh? Too bad I'm a county south working all week.
Phil, are you towing anything? Let me know if there is anything you...
