    why are you dead set on an old GMV? I know you mentioned the suspension ...but its useless unless your using it for extreme off-road. Seems the US Military didnt need that suspension on the hundreds of thousands of other HMMWV’s is manufactured. The GMV’s were beat to crap...if you ever served...

    the Eastern surplus trucks were the bottom of the barrel trucks...it’s what was left over after they were picked through. I know the 2 companies that hand picked best of them.
