    1996 M-1078 transmission. New purchase

    You need to re-learn the shift points. You can also re-calibrate the throttle position sensor at the same time. Make sure the hand throttle is all the way down. turn on the main switch, wait till the trans display/TCU indicates neutral then turn off main switch. Do this on/off sequence 5 times...
