    I think setting the parking brake (venting the spring brake chambers) sounds more like a goose being strangled. The CTIS purging air sounds like a long honk. The CTIS checking pressure sounds like a regular honk. The air dryer purging when the tanks hit max pressure sounds like an air dryer...

    Engage the spring brakes = the noise.

    Te CTIS checks pressure in the tires every 15 minutes. If they're 15 min apart, that would explain it.
