They are not different. Well, the rear support brace on a gas hood has a small cut out to clear the air cleaner. I bent it up out of the way on the 108 hood to clear the multi fuel. The grill in a gas burner is shorter

Drivers side ubolts are done.

Next job is bleed brakes and see what happens. All new wheel cylinders . Going to bleed with alcohol first.

Thanks. Where did you get the ubolts? I used front m35a2 u-bolts. Pretty much a direct replacement. Post up a pic of your m108.

i told myself if I didn’t make any progress in 2022 I was going to get rid of it. (Which I really didn’t want to) so Little by little it has been moving along. Still plenty to do. I’m hoping the air pack is good but it most likely will not be.

Was able to get the rear u-bolts out. The passenger side is done. M35a2 front u-bolts are almost a direct replacement for rear m108 u-bolts

Well you may be correct. The front ubolts he has pictured look correct for my rear . I will reach out to him.

He would not have these. They are twice as long and have a different shape top than the m35a2 u bolts

The u joint axle shafts have had the washer/bushing removed from them in order to get enough clearance with the old style seal retainers

cleaned the tank and new fuel pump too.

Longest thread ever I know. I am now going through the axles . Ran into an issue with the axle shafts being modified so I had to pull everything from my parts truck. Ive got it all about ready to put it back together .
