I would like to suggest a couple things:
GM removed the rear brake proportional valve in 1988. See GM Bulletin 88-320-5. 88-320-5 Chevrolet Technical Service Bulletin (tsbsearch.com)
Secondly, your oil fill cap needs to be vented in order for the crankcase vent to work properly.

When you go to mount the inner fuel neck housing you will need to modify the right side of the housing in order for the door hinge to clear. You will also need to drill a new 9/32" hole in the sheet metal in order to mount the housing to the fender. See attached. Hope this helps.
I always try to clean and reuse as many original and OEM parts as I can. Some things, I know, just aren't available anymore, but many times NOS parts are available on Ebay. Let me know if I can help source some things and ship them to you.
