    That is entirely correct. That isn’t to say that people haven’t registered them, but they can pull your title at anytime. I agree that LEO won’t mess with you. I drove quite a bit with mine and never had an issue in the northern part of the state. May not be so lucky down south.

    There was is no age requirement. All that I needed was the paperwork from GP that included the SF 97.

    Minor point of clarification for Florida. There is no state ran DMV. There is the DHSMV which is a state level department that allows county tax collectors to act as agents for the state, but they don't work for the state with the exception of Volusia, Miami-Dade, and Broward. Not sure what...
