Sitting at the truckstop on I-95 in GA at exit 1. Recovry4x4(Kenny) drove his duce from West Palm Beach to tow me back to WPB. Kenny's duce was leaking a little oil but made the trip home. Thanks Kenny.

Then it happen. Bad luck again. The glow plug on the drivers side rear cyl broke while I was driving down I-95. Next thing heard was a knocking sound. Pulled over and turned off the truck.

Talk about bad luck, my oil cooler line had a pin hole and was spraying oil. Called all the parts places and no one had any. Chevy dealer said they could order them but would take 4 days. So I took the plugs that came with the 6.5 engine and pluged the holes in the block.

Pictures of the new HMMWV 6.5 engine that was installed in my CUCV. Needed parts were taken off my bad engine. The 6.5 oil pan fit perfect in the truck. The 6.2 oil pan would not fit on this 6.5 block.

Passing palm coast. exit 289. Duce is leaking a little oil but is ok. FHP told us we were doing a tripple tow amd thats a no no. Running at 55 mph. Passing weight station now.

Speed is around 56 MPH. Going to Kenny's place.

Update. Krnny is towing my truck and trailer with hid duce. We are heading south on 95. Passing exit 373 now.

Trailer weight with load is around 6k total. Trailer has military hich,dual axle with elect brake. 6 pin elect light hook-up. I have the 7 pin adapter.

Just talked to Kenny. He is working on getting me towed. Anyone have space to store a trailer to lighten the load for the tow? If you can help please call Kenny. Thanks

Just got towed to exit 1. On the GA side. Need to get to west palm beach, by the airport.

I called pete. He's working up the cost now. We call me back in 30 min.
