    Hardware fault. Could be not enough air pressure to trigger the air switch on the tank or a loose connection somewhere.

    If the fluid is low and the cab works once fluid is added the spare tire can just be air bound sometimes.

    Pump is behind cab. Integral reservoir. Check the fluid level. 5 flashing lights from start on the ctis or 5 flashing lights after it does an initial pressure test?
