    Hard to tell from the picture but it appears the light says 24v. This is most likely the problem.

    That version of the Truck-lite headlights is voltage specific, either 12v or 24v. They are not multi-volt like the newer ones. The voltage for the headlight is on the back painted in yellow. What do the HETs run for voltage to the lights?
