    Yeah, it was a change that came with the A1 best I can find. The A1R's got the new grab bar (not sure why other than it may have pinched an LT's finger or BAE saved money on the shorter bar). LOL.

    Well, it's not "correct". The original grab bar needs to be replaced with the newer version. But crossing over the old-style grab bar shouldn't really be an issue.

    Sure there is.... 20 mins in a fab shop and....brackets. Straps, any commercial sewing/canvas/sail shop. The only part that takes some pondering is hand grab replacement. You can go fancy and try to copy OEM or just ass a handle/strap. Honestly, if you incorporated a plate like the OEM does...
