    Mine had that too. I used a wire wheel on an angle grinder, made a mess but came off quickly. One thing I can't understand is how it happened, lol.

    My guess is if you have those side vents open, dust blows in and circulates throughout the cab. I have lots of dirt and dust in my cab having those open when driving in dusty conditions or on dirt roads.
