    Here's where I found mine. https://www.mfpseals.com/catalog/category/89 PCD-500 Think I paid $72.00 It was identical to the old seal and works. Still won't turn my wheels when standing still but a real noticeable difference when moving. Oiling the actuator seems to help. I use air tool oil.
