Your counterpoints to National Attention are well intended - this is NOT "playing" but REAL COMBAT on the Legislative Battlefield. EVERY aspect of the strategy MUST be well thought out and even more precisely executed.

I've jsut finished watching the suggested Wisconsin Committee videos.... VERY enlightening:!: It appears to be moving in a somewhat positive direction. However, I've not see much mentioned aobut those former MV's that are being used commercially as in logging, power distribution support, etc...
