Good work. 240 ft.lbs. is a lot of twist! Do you have the special tool for the wrist pin seals, caps?

Don't forget to check the fuse plugs in the cylinder heads. They are probably melted if it got hot but you can replace them for next time if it comes. It's behind that slotted head plug below the exhaust ports. Only one on each head.

Hi Mike. I've been following along with your repair. I have experience with the 53 series detroits but not the 92. They are similar in that they have wet liners. Keep up the good work. You have a massive shop. That's an awesome truck and engine. I would love to have one....someday!
