TD does not mean turbo block. I have seen first hand many N/A multi fuels with the TD. All I can find is that the TD block head bots go to 130 foot pounds and the non TD blocks only are 100 foot pounds. I'm 99% sure it was a internal casting change and thats how they were marked.
what kind of boost do you think your going to get!? remember that the multi is 22-1 comp already, and even the N/A motors have bad problems with head gaskets leaking/burning out. mine are all new and they still seap oil out of the vents.
