    Inspecting items not yet up for bid.

    I agree with Melvinitis about different Locations. I got to Stout field a day early and while Scouting the place, I got a call from" Man in gharge", and he said the item was ready, and if I wanted it today, it was fine. I was 1/8 mile from the gate, and we got all hoocked up and off we went back...
