    Spicer 3053 main shaft reassemble question

    I've found that there are different versions of these transmissions. Some have this part and others do not. I notice completely different markings and casting numbers on the gears between the different versions.

    There's a guy here local that needs a new input bearing to his transmission. He's rebuilding a take-out and putting it behind a 5.9 Cummins. I seem to recall a thread with an issue about the correct bearing. Do any of you know how to source the correct bearing or part number?
