It's a resin M2 .50. I would go with the 60 psi guage. Mine is turned up a little and will run close to 40 psi.

Pretty much finished up the gunner hatch. Still need to fine tune a few small things with it later.

Well I got the top of the hard top off by myself today and cut a hole in a perfectly good hard top. Didn't really have a complete game plan so I figured cut the hole and just wing it for the rest. I had a friend laser cut the hole reinforcements a few weeks ago. I found a door seal I found at...

Went to a friends shop and made up some chicken plates for my LWS turret. Made them from 3/8 steel and they came out nice. Also made the 1.5" x 1"x 28 piece that fits under the gun mount. Now I have two LWS plates and two chicken plates I'm starting to think I need another truck to put them on.

Yes Bob I had to drill the holes for the front leg mounts. The rear ones I just had to install the u-bolts. If you do switch it all over you need to move all the reinforcements plus the cab mounts. The front ones are really heavy duty and the rear cross member has a plate welded to it.

I got the seats and battery's back in the cab today. The driver seat back foam is way to thick and makes it uncomfortable to drive. I cut the foam out and used a thinner piece of foam and made a temporary seat back cover from a shelter half. I also got the right front LWS mount and pole...

Started to add the cab reinforcements to the inside cab. I also got the rear LWS mounting poles on. Still have the upper cab supports to install.

I made them in the garage. It's just a simple bracket.

Still gathering pieces for the LWS. I got my new gunners sling last week. Still looking for two of the upper mount bushings in the picture.

Well thanks to Metalman99, Mdmorgan and e-bag. found most of the pieces I needed to finish my LWS. I'm still looking for the rear mounting pole that mounts on the rear legs and the u-bolts that mount it to the plate.

Sure wish it would stop snowing and get warm so I could get back to work. Need to get the cab reinforcement and new cab mounts installed so I can get the LWS mount on. Still need the turret bearing.

Power washed on sat. Knocked off all of the loose paint then sanded and primed rust spots. After that painted it with a gun on the green and black. Brown is rattle can.
