    Thinking out loud but if you dont have a set of lines that run from glad hand to glad hand you could always take the reciver end of a quick connect air line with all ready to screw into 1 of the air tanks of the 83 and your 78 could just fill the 83 system with air to release the parking knob...

    So worse case hook up tow bar cage if you have to hopefully the air works and you just pull it the 3 blocks nice and easy with someone to follow you and it should be a cake walk !

    Youve got to have air lines from 1079 back to 1083 to air up its system and release brakes or you have to cage the parking brakes and hopefully you have a towbar ment for these trucks if its only 3 blocks and you dont get over 15 20 mph i dont beleave you will mess anything up but only cause its...
