Did you do Synthetic in just the one axle with the Power Divider Box (Intermediate axle)? Did you hear from anyone if the Intermediate Axle typically will have higher temps than the others?

someone with an MTV do some driving and check temps for him to compare with. I hope Im right.. but would think that axle would be bit hotter compared to other two anyway. More going on there with the power divider box.

Tis way am interpreting it too.... but it is still doable. Plan your trips with strategic stops at places found thru is bulletin board to stop at and go thru the items specified by TM when you hit X # of hours or miles. Also smaller independent Big Rig repair shops would be a good place too...

Bad rheostat?

his light different too. Mine are back lit not digit lit. His Look sweet. For your dim issues... ran into this over last few days too. Apparently my finger has been brushing the dash lights rheostat knob just to the right of the light switch as I put them on. Kept turning down the lights...
