    not sure a camera would help. would take one heckofa amazing slow motion camera to see the flex of a driveshaft as it spins.

    IMHO you might need what turns out to be close to whole new shaft for the front. that much movement in your front one is possibly in the spline as well as one or both of the U-joints.... Your rear may be just joints butttt don't count on it??? My complete; from scratch, new rear shaft was...

    YIKES.. there should be zero movement. both are bad. Inspect the case looking for stress cracks around T-case end of the tranny.. as well as the bell housing end. This is where the reverberations causes cracks.

    Not worth shipping it somewhere. Most any commercial truck drive line place can do them. A shop that does Big Rigs often is what you want. They are not some special military magic application.. Just quality commercial truck design and parts.

    thank you for your video...... and it actually led to a new discovery.... a vibration testing App. see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GuI0hH2TuxQ this measures not just driveshaft.... but tires and engine vibrations too. Not sure how well it would work with our vibration prone like...

    Glad they are still a good company. They did some work for me ge gawed back in the 90's. Folks in offroad clubs jn that part of the world suggested them to me when I was a Jeeper living and working in Sparks.

    video in link explains where shaft balancer would be installed and why. Look forward to your info on wheel beads install and keeping them out of the CTIS system.

    think I'll go with the driveshaft balancer on my front shaft. The raised rear shaft via axle swap should solve rear shaft issues.

    but the question is.... does it deteriorate..... because of imbalance and not it causes imbalance. .. granted water getting in could as well. Quick review of literature... it is common and since it is in there to reduce resonance..... Id say for us that is a good thing...
