only guessing but thinking the ones you posted have splines inside the coupling as well as a set screw. PS- one of the threads in here on window cranks has the spline count

search internet for "window crank handle extensions". they are sold on amazon as well as hotrod outfitting places etc.

if Im mentally picturing it right.... have not seen one with my own eyes in about a year... but pretty sure one could fab up and weld two tongue's to run bolt thru the strap, onto the existing hinge..... or onto a plate that w/longer bolts..... mounts atop the hinge. or just get jeep...
