    M35a2 charging system question

    Early models use 25 amp generators with external regulator mounted on firewall. Later, 1970 or so, the 60 amp alternator replaced the generator/regulator system. Often the alternator regulator fails because of loose battery connections, which will cause damaging electrical "spikes" Main reason...
