    Yes, I can change the background, but not on the main page before signing on. The contrast appears good for everything else, unless it is critical for the SS site and that wouldn't be right IMHO (a lot of people would have to adjust the contrast).

    Am I the only one who can't see the cursors with thte new background color? Also every other post is very hard to read for this old fart, need to highlight them. Of course, by signing on I can get the black background, which I prefer.

We get it, advertisements are annoying!
