    The tachometer picture I said i would post. This is in the Crown of Thorns M1009. VDO tachometer. I also added the cloth covering to the dash pad about 10 years ago. The dash padding works great and is fuss proof. I don't have to worry about scratching it of having it crack from the UV...

    Wow. You have fun with that. At that price I bought a VDO tach and also have water temp and oil pressure gauge. A lot less work and left the stock wiring harness alone. But do as you wish. My way is the easy way and is a plug and play. The other way involves deep surgery of the wiring harness...
