    Use steel flat bar and bolt it fast to the stock floor seat anchors. Then use 3/8" x 2" elevator bolts to attach the new seat pedestals to the flat bar. You will have to take it out and do some fabrication. I think it can be completed with no welding at all. Just patience and drilling. The...
