    No, it is not normal to have fuel fumes or exhaust smoke in the cab. Fuel from leaky return lines, or oil smoke from leaky valve cover gasket, burning off exhaust manifold will make fumes. Leaky exhaust with holes in floor would let another type of fumes in. Neither one is OK, so please fix...
