Here is the information that the Colorado DMV sent out to everyone in 2019. Only way to get on road Colorado plates is to license it as a historical military vehicle. I will try to find the paper to back this up but I am pretty sure Colorado will not allow military vehicles to be on road titled anymore. That’s how I got my black Humvee. The guy that owned it traded it to me before his title got recalled. Somewhere I still have the letter the Colorado DMV sent...- dhaumann69166
