    Was given a 5KW powerplant. 2 cylinder diesel. I will drain fuel and oil. Oil up the throttle assembly. And lite her off. Any suggestions to not avoid any damage when first starting. Been setting 8 years . was running before storage. I did not see a compression release on the panel...
