Thank you for the information. I am just now learning what I need to know on this series trucks. I can see why they are a favorite of so many people who like the big military trucks. I, myself, have quickly become fond of the M915a1 since I got it. I hope maybe to add a M916 to the collection later.

The tires on my truck are...they have pretty deep cracks in them. I would not be surprised if they are the original 1984 tires!

What rims are you running on the truck in the photos? I am looking at replacing all the tires but I am looking at a new set of G177 on the back and the 395 MTVs on the front using 5 ton combat rims. I had hemtt rims on my M923a2 with 16.00s and it had a nice aggressive look and rode decent.
