    new batteries I bought these at napa for $104 each 1140ca 950cca. I will have to build a new battery box to hold them though. They are 1/2 inch to long to fit in the original box.:driver:

    To tell you the truth, I haven't really drove it since I mounted the tires last week. The batteries were weak and froze on me and are now no good. I have to get new batteries before I can drive. We're suppose to get 6 inches of snow tomorrow. Hopefully I can source out some new ones...

    I also agree on the stack it is to tall. I'll be cutting out a foot off the bottom so it fits closer to the cab, and I will be cutting a flame pattern on the turn out tip possibly, what do you think?

    I have avm lockout hubs on the front axle good eye.

    good to know dual purpose grease. Is it military brand or something off the shelf?

    I also found that when dismounting the a3 rims it helps if you use soapy water to lube everything and you should clean the rim mating surfaces too. Also buy new orings save on the headaches. A good tip for sealing the orings is to use plumbers grease or silicone grease.

    Well the tires are all dismounted and mounted. The one pic is the new 395 next to the XL mounted on the a3 rim. The xls are weather checked terrible and I like the look of the 395s better. Hopefully I can mount these soon.:)
