    Don't bother with the soft lines if you get a hard pedal. It has something to do with the air pack.

    I posted while you were. Have you verified the air pressure going to the air pack? It can't "assist" w/o pressure. Edit, so now your brake problem is air pack related only.

    Have you watched the soft lines? Sometimes they go bad and balloon with pressure.
