    Yes. There are adapters so you can get down to 1" pins for a 5ton/deuce and also adapters to get down to 3/4 for smaller trucks. I got my adapters from an MV salvage lot so I can't say what they were from originally.

    Yes, oem. A call was made and they will only sell what is left over from a batch made for the gov. They will not go lower.
