    It has more to do with it being a "Tactical Vehicle" vs a "Cargo Truck." It is all in the Classification. They will slip though GSA eventually.. GSA isn't very good an paying attention to the rules.

    Could be done if you didn't mind buying 800 mirrors and 650 tail lights at a time... it would take years to get a complete one... In the last 8-10 years I have only seen a couple of chassis come through, and that is without a thing attached to them and cut in half. The best chance of getting...
