    I think a fair starting point on it would be 2 K. If I was still in KY I would have bought it in a heartbeat, but too far for me now.

    That is a neat winch, what did the trucks former owner use this for? It is a mechanical mule, probably was built for moving logs in a sawmill. Personally I would not part with it, but I need therapy. On second look I noted the capstan winch attached to the end... this was probably on a ship...
