Sorry I thought that its location was quite obvious... I see I was wrong...:-? Let's try this, quick: "... lever handle goes up-down between E-brake lever and door. Shaft #14 with blocks #17 is mounted to the floor behind driver's seat. The floor already has 4 holes & threaded nuts for bolts...
