    I see the bumper is cut. Did it have a snow plow or a fire pump on it at one time? Is there a hole in the radiator? The winch was driven from the PTO on the side of the driver's side of the transfer case. A 2 piece shaft powered the winch. You should see a hole in the cross member on the driver...

    Correction, pull the drive shafts it will pull easier. It binds less.

    If Jeff does not, I know of some. He gets first chance. As far as what to do, I have the same problem. The only solution was to get a third truck for parts.
