Sharecropper, that is a deal and a half.... did the unit come with a t.v. cable and flywheel ?? Even if those have to be sourced, that is a great deal.. I might have me a 4 speed sooner than I thought.. Thanks for the post

I would have went with the DB 700, but I didn't see them advertised at that time.... When I do my next install I will use them...

Daveykeith, I installed a 700r4 in a customers humvee last year. The only problem that I had were -- No flywheel-- was not included in kit-- was supposed to be included Dipstick tube had to be modified Transfer case was a pita to get back in -- close to gas tank, but didn't rub. Everthing...

Performance automatic trans. center has Humvee complete kits for $3400. Shipped no core charger. Supposed to be a direct fit..... we all know how that goes.. My customer ordered one Saturday/ I'll keep you posted..... Sharecropper, not trying to step on your toes/ I know it takes a lot to source...

looking forward to the install. I'm leaning towards the 700 myself.
