You should be ok if it dry. It takes a while to dry. A few days if it is hot, maybe a week if not. Try a test area if not sure. Let us know how it worked.

I use it. It has good adhesion, is cheap,safe, is available everywhere, will take most any top coat... Dries a bit slow more so at low temp.I spray, roll and brush it. JimK
