    Deuce cranks but no start - ITP source?

    Plugged in the other one that did not pump but it would spin and it appears to be spinning the right way.

    I watched it spin. I put on 2 different hoses and blew thru them. But could the pump be spinning backward. All the pumps I have are take offs and did not look to see if it is spinning the right way.

    I had my itp out today and replaced it with a used one, it will spin but there is no fuel coming out. I ran it before I attached the line. What would cause that?
