    You could go with air operated valves to save a little money. Just buy a remote valve with as many spools as you need and put air cylinders on the spool. Air cylinders can be bought dirt cheap at various places on the web. This is how my dump valve on my deuce is set up. There is a thread...

    There are two ways to go about this. Either change out the single spool valve for a 2 spool or add a selector valve to send fluid to the winch valve or another valve that will operate the dump.

    It's easy enough to do, you'll just need to buy a valve or two to get it to work. There are also several ways to do it. Some good, some not so good. If you don't know open center hyd system's theory of operation, you may want to look into it.
